About Jennifer Perloff

Hello and welcome to RealLuxury San Antonio. I was born and raised in San Antonio.  I graduated with honors from Goucher College in Baltimore, Maryland in 1992. After spending several years in the Washington DC area, I returned to San Antonio and have lived in the tri-cities area of Alamo Heights, Olmos Park and Terrell Hills ever since.

Before joining the Phyllis Browning Company, I worked for many years in nonprofit fundraising as a director of development and grant writer. During that time, I gained extensive experience in real estate in large part by buying and renovating older homes. I found I really enjoyed the process and the people alike.

As a REALTOR, my goal is to help you find the ideal property for your family's lifestyle and to help you price, prepare and market your home when you are ready to sell. As a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE), I will negotiate the best possible price and terms for you and your family.

In my spare time, I enjoy reading, traveling and cooking for friends and family. My husband and I have three children, three cats and two Labrador retrievers.
