PBC 2013 Spring Open House Celebration

This Sunday, April 14, 2013, from 2 pm to 5pm, the Phyllis Browning Company will be holding its annual Spring Open House Celebration.  This year, nearly 90 homes will be open: 61 homes are inside Loop 1604 and another 28 outside the Loop.  If you are looking for a new home, this is wonderful chance to see what the San Antonio Real Estate market has to offer.

I will be hosting an open house from 3 pm to 5 pm at 201 Arcadia in Alamo Heights.

This home was built in 1930. It has 3430 sf including 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. The current owners purchased this beautiful house in 2003 from the original owner. They have updated just about everything: systems, equipment, plumbing, electrical, new kitchen, baths. The renovation work was designed by architect Don McDonald and the contractor was Jeff Truax (both very well known names in Alamo Heights).
