- The median home price in Castle Hills increased from $210,000 to $228,500, with 6 houses sold.
- Homes for sale in Castle Hills were on the market 150 fewer days, an 66% decrease in time on the market.
- The housing inventory decreased from 4.2 months to 3.5 months, keeping Castle Hills in a strong seller's market.

- The median home price in Elm Creek decreased from $775,000 to $580,000 with 1 house sold.
- Homes for sale in Elm Creek were on the market 86 more days, a 191% increase.
- The housing inventory decreased from 25 months to 18 months, keeping Elm Creek in a buyer's market.

- The median home price in Deerfield remained steady, decreasing slightly from $325,000 to $323,000, with 3 houses sold.
- Homes for sale in Deerfield were on the market 47 days longer, a 109% increase in time on the market.
